This is Holland dinner package for €45.00 per person
3-course menu including table water with a choice of the following dishes:
Starters
- Carpaccio with pesto, capers and Parmesan cheese
- Prawns sautéed in olive oil with garlic, tomato and spring onion
- Vegetarian salad with bell pepper, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, avocado, garden peas and walnut
- Fresh tomato soup
All starters are served with bread and butter
Main course
- Fillet of salmon with a herb salsa
- Sea bass with a butter sauce
- Flemish beef stew served with potato puree and red cabbage
- Beef tenderloin with a honey and thyme sauce
- Vegetarian curry with garden peas, cashew nuts, yoghurt-mint sauce, coriander, rice and a salad
